This page explains how to request deletion of your WhisperCar account and the data
associated with it. WhisperCar is published by the developer shown on its Google Play store listing.
How to request deletion
To delete your WhisperCar account and associated data:
Send an email to info@carlytics.store
from the email address you used to sign in (or include your in-app user ID for guest sign-ins).
Use the subject line "Delete my WhisperCar account".
We will verify the request and permanently delete your account.
What is deleted
Your account record, including your email address and name (for Google sign-in),
or your anonymous guest identifier.
Your associated identity in our analytics provider (Smartlook) — user ID, email, and name.
What is kept, and for how long
Account data is deleted within 30 days of a verified request.
Anonymized, aggregated analytics that are no longer linked to you may be retained to operate and improve the app.
We may retain limited records only where required to comply with legal, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations.
On-device data — your car details, chat history, and settings are stored locally on your phone.
They are not deleted by this request; remove them from Settings → Delete in the app, or by uninstalling WhisperCar.
